Awesome App! Easy to use, makes tax day a lot simpler.
I would make some entries from my computer and sometimes from my phone. Everything seemed to be syncing between the two, but at the end of the 2023 year I noticed that some changes I made in Category Names in one platform did not change in the other! I had to do a side by side comparison and change the items that didn’t sync. And I just realized some items didn’t sync for 2022 as well! Time to resubmit my 2022 taxes.
Old version- no longer supported. Crashes after every entry on iOS 17.
The newest update requires giving the app full access to your photo library. In my three years of using this application, this has never been the case. “Limited access” no longer allows me to select the photos which I need to include with my logs. As I am unwilling to give the developers full access to my photo library, I can no longer include receipts of my business expenses. This is a dealbreaker for me and will mean I have to find another application to track my expenses.
I was really looking forward to using this app. Unfortunately, whenever I try to use it it glitches on me and does not save anything.
Failed save operation after switching to the subscription model. It does not let you save anymore
Haven’t been able to load in a single entry without it crashing. No help button. Problematic
For the first 3 years this worked great. By 2022 the app stopped working and wouldn’t save my receipts. Shame
This app now crashes whenever I want to save an expense. I think the Developer should fix that or remove it from the App Store. I’m quite disappointed as I do NOT want anything fancy and it was working well as a simple expense tracker. The developer claims they are no longer doing updates and seems to be pushing their PRO version that has a monthly subscription charge. I don’t want all those bells and whistles and don’t want to pay a monthly subscription for that.
I purchased this and also purchased the mile app they said was required. I have wasted more time with these two non functioning apps I am so mad. Neither app will allow me to make a mileage entry and I’ve been trying every which way I can for 2 hours now. Very disappointed!!!
Paid for this app in full a while back. Now the creators got greedy and charge subscription fees as if we don’t have enough of that already. Nothing has hardly changed on the app. It just crashes a bunch.

Using to track expenses. Very powerful and intuitive. Like export capabilities to DropBox.

usually i can’t stand this pocket computer, but this app makes my life way easier. i run a small construction company. tracks mileage and expenses easily, and exports to CSV with linked photo receipts
Superb expense tracker. Simple 2 setup & use. Able 2 customize fields 2 ur liking, if needed. However, had every field I wanted and then some. Worth every penny paid. Support is fantastic 2. Rec'd response 2 question same day.

I am not going to even try using this if after entering my first receipt it crashes. I wish I wouldn’t have paid $5 for something that will not work on the first receipt. Waste of time and money.
I paid for this app and everytime I try to create a expense it crashed. So frustrating. It’s the most recent updated one too.
For years this seemed like the most wonderful app ever. It was very stable for a long long while and now it crashes every time I try to save an entry. What once was so valuable is now useless. I used it for a long time and had experiences early on at random times when it went completely haywire and dropped entire categories, or wiped out entries in a category, or even randomly changed numbers as you entered them. Try recovering three months of expenses in a suddenly blank field —from memory, since of course you threw the receipts away — without breaking into a sweat. Then it was fine for years. But now— no. It's sick. Some update! When it doesn't fail, it's great. Just keep a close eye on it when you use it and a paper back up.
I have been using your app for years and am extremely disappointed that I can’t anymore unless I pay for it. My iPhone isnt compatible. You are forcing me to pay when I just need the very basics. Other people with older phones still get to use the old app. I truly wish you could update your app to accommodate my phone, unless you don’t want me to, which apparently you don’t, unless I pay. Very sad after all these years.
This is the second time I have used this app with a second company as the first experience was great. However, for some reason this time around the app will not save my new submissions. When I hit save to retain the information I have entered for an expense, the app shuts down, not saving the information being submitted. Instead I have to make a “duplicate” of each entry to ensure it is saved before actually trying to save it, as it shuts down the app and again, not saving the entry I was working on. I have tried deleting and reloading the app, shutting down my phone and reinstalling the app which have all not corrected this issue with saving entries.
Every time I try to log in the expense and try to save it closes up. I would like my money back.
I love this app but it has kinks to work out just closes after I do an expense. Frustrating.

I JUST downloaded this app and paid $4.95 to do so. Immediately when I opened it, I got a pop-up message saying this app would no longer be updated and I would need to download their new app, which so subscription-based. Totally fine. But then why did I pay $4.95 for this app in order to be told that?!? SO frustrated.
I’ve been using this app for quite some time and have been satisfied with it until it stopped accepting transactions, which makes this app worthless. This app does not pass the time test, which makes it worse than those apps that do not work from the get go. Be careful !!! The months and years you invested in entering transactions in this app is a total waste !!!

I have used this app for as long as I can remember and happily paid for it and upgrades such as cloud service saving but I will sadly be looking elsewhere now that I was forced over to the updated app and its subscription service of $2.99 per month or $32+ a year. Too much for what you get and a monthly/yearly fee is not for me. A one time app fee would be reasonable but you just went and got greedy with a subscription. Goodbye…..
I’ve used this over the last 3 years to track my expenses and it has worked great. And with less than a month to go it no longer works because the iPhone update. If there’s a way to transfer all of my logs to the pro that would be helpful info… but if there isn’t I’ll choose another way to track my expenses for next year.
Awesome expense record keeper. Very user friendly and makes tax prep much raiser and more organized.

Upon updating iOS this week, when hitting the save button in the top right hand corner of the app, the app shuts down. You can’t save mileage, an expense, etc.
This has been my go to app forever. Now on ios15 on iphone13, just crashed anytime you go save an expense entry. Epic fail!

Hi … I’ve used this program for years. I don’t even know how many. I love it. The recently changed to a fee based subscription model. I’m OK with that. I immediately downloaded the new version and subscribed. I have a receipt. Now I’m being told I can’t enter more data without subscribing. HELP! Who do I contact to fix this?!? I need to solve this fast … please!!!

I’ve been using this app for a long time. I have expenses logged that date back to 2011. I love it.I recently went shopping and used the app to find information about past purchases. It worked beautifully! I recently acquired another apple device. Scott helped me to get the same information on the second device. He responded very quickly. I was concerned about backup since i am putting so much information into the app. There are several ways to back up the information! There are several ways to display the data you have entered (category, Merchant, and Payment among others. I am not a techie although I did start with Palm organizers. Get this app.

I wanted an app to do budgeting, expense recoding, and budget tracking with my iPhone, including cash expenditures, since I can quickly enter even on the go. The standard budgeting apps want you to create an account and connect to your bank, at least at the time that I bought this app which was several years back. Since I didn’t want to do that, I looked for other options and found this app. It really wasn’t created for for budgeting, but rather for travel expense tracking, so I’m not quibbling over some minor shortcomings. It has capabilities to create new categories and that’s how I got it to work for my purposes. I especially like the ability to create a CSV file at the end of the year. This app has been worth the money. I don’t claim that I was exhaustive in my app searching, just that this app worked for what I wanted. It’s great that you can buy it as a one time purchase (at least when I did). Definitely recommend.
