One of the easiest ways to track expenses! I love how I can customize the items that appear in the lists so that I can custom fit to my needs, and how it remembers my last actions so repetitive entries are done even faster. The spreadsheet it generates with the photos of the receipts is awesome.

I had been looking for an easier way to gather my expenses for tax time. This is a great app and it really helps me organize all the paper receipts I tend to gather. It may be a little quirky at times, but overall well worth the investment!

Allows me to stay current with my expenses, and submitting to Accounting is a breeze! All the details I need and fast to use.

XpenseTracker is a very good app to keep track of your expenses so you dont have to keep up with receipts. You wont regret it.

It does all it says and easy to use. If you you addressed instead of names it calculates the mileage. If you think you like the extras consider getting the bizexp app instead its cheaper. I had to use the client feature to sort it the I wanted; but i use this for tracking medical exp and mileage not for a bushiness.

Great app for keeping track of tax records but the sync function doesnt work very well between devices

This is generally a really great app, but syncing between multiple devices is not working well at all. It actually took data off a device (fortunately backed up), rather than putting onto the receiving device. Hope that is fixed soon

This is the best, most extensive, easiest to use expensing app Ive run across. Reports are easy to make by emailing to myself and putting into excel. Finishing a trips expenses takes only about 10 minutes. There are a few minor bugs but Ive contact the developer - hes responsive, kind, concerned and fixes things when asked. Great support; great software.

I love this app.

Works great for my expectations. I would like to see merchant data available for all categories. I buy coffee and gas at three locations and all are the same vendor name but because I change categories I have to enter the same vendor twice. Example gas bought at company x and coffees bought at company x both categories need company x entered.

Quick, easy and efficient!

I like this app. Keeps track of my expenses and mileage - easy to understand. I have only had problems with the mileage being off a couple of times.

I used NR exclusively for several years until one of my clients turned me on to this. Once you learn a few of the tricks (much less difficult than NR), it is easy to use. I find it very handy to have on my cell phone for immediate scanning and creating a file, then using my iPad at a later time to follow up and finish my expense report. All feedback from clients has been positive.

This app has saved me hours of record keeping and only can guess at the reimbursable expenses Ive eaten from poor record keeping. My accounting Dept appreciates the ability to number images of the receipt to an expense line. Have tried other apps that require subscription service, and found Xpense Tracker too be the best fit for my routines. Great support as well.

Ive been using this app to keep track of expenses for several years now, and its the best Ive found for the task. So much easier to keep track of receipts and expenses when I can just make a quick entry and take a picture of the receipt right as I incur the expense. Highly recommended.

I have used this APP for several years and have found it to be most useful. Over the years, improvements have been made and it has become one of the most user friendly apps of its kind.
