Im loving the ease of using this app for my small business. When I recently upgraded my phone I lost months of data- I was panicked. I reached out and the folks at silverware software held my hand and we got back all my missing entries. Whew- it wasnt easy but they stuck with me.

I just got the app yesterday and it seems very useful if you have a lot of expenses and want to calculate everything also if you have a business and want to separate everything. Very organized

I have used this app for my business for 3 years. It is easy to use. The reports can be printed for my accountant at tax time in any manner she would like.

Seriously love this app. It is so convenient and easy to use. You can create endless categories and subcategories of your receipts, take pics, and then get detailed end-of-the-year reports.

I have been happily using this App for the past few years ... it no longer works now that my devices have been updated to 10.0.1 - it just freezes up and I cannot open or backup my files ... Failed on me.

Cant think of anything I would improve. Easy, fast, and helps me do my least favorite part of my job fast! Thanks to the developers, you have made my complicated life easier!

This app is extremely helpful for if you commute for a job and taking advantage of tax write offs for owning an independent business! There are upgrade options that pop up every so often, but nonetheless a great quick way to write down your miles. Plus after you establish a certain commute youre taking regularly, it will save the estimated distance of that travel!

This app makes expense reports a complete breeze! My finance person used to hate me because I had to turn in an envelope full of crumpled receipts. Now I just print off a report that has copies of all of my receipts, and the accounts to charge them to, and Im the model of the office! Support is timely if you have a question to email. There are more features than I could ever need! Cannot speak highly enough of this app. If you refuse to pay to have this app as a part of your work life, you are hurting yourself!

UPDATE: after more than three years, this is by far still the best app for expenses. THE BEST. Ive been using XpenseTracker for 7 months now and report every two weeks with a monthly summary and this is all relatively simple using this app. I have tried others and this is the best. The app author is helpful and gets back to any questions or issues within 24 hours. I use both the expense feature and the mileage feature. Best app for keeping track of expenses!

Extremely User Friendly, like having my own Easy-Button. Duplicate and Move commands make adding expenses and Mileage and error correction a dream. After I learned that the program let you deal with addresses by indicating that you are currently at the location ... it sped up my entries. Xpense Tracker is an indispensable tool in dealing with day to day expenses of a self employed contractor.

I have been using this for nearly a year and it has made my tracking so much easier! The reports are simple and is a bargain. I use it for business and personal. Would recommend it to anyone

My son is an independent musician with a number of different activities, and I do his taxes. Weve used this app since Jan 2015. It makes keeping his expense records a snap, and at tax time he just emails his log for the year, which I drop into a spreadsheet. Daily entries are no problem for him with the built-in time savers. He keeps a log of income from students as well. The app feels solid, like the developers really know their subject. One less hassle.....

Ive used a number of expense tracking apps over the years and find that XpenseTracker is easy to use and has the best options for customizing entries and reports. You can export expenses to a number of formats, including CSV which will open in Excel. The export is a little complicated: You need to download a .jar file first, then export the report, and then youll receive a web address where the CSV file can be accessed. But once you get that routine down, its very simple, and the file transfers perfectly into Excel.

Have been using this for the past 3 years to keep track of our sports teams travel and other expenses and it is AWESOME. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I find some of the PDF reports a little glitchy but my real rating is a 4-3/4 stars. I continue to be delighted to have and use it after 3 years!!

Great app for tracking expenses of all kinds

Really like this App - easy to use - lots of options and have done so much better in keeping track of my receipts and getting expense reports turned in quickly.
