Multiple categories need to exist in one entry. Lets imagine I drive to another town to purchase supplies for my business. Shouldnt a single entry allow me to scan my receipt, track mileage, and if needed, track my time? I will upgrade my review if someone can help me figure this out. The videos are too long. It is a perfect example of the time it takes to use the app.

I have been using Xpense tracker for a couple of years. As a realtor, it has been a great time and money saver to me for tracking my expenses as I go. Certainly makes tax time easier and my accountant is so impressed with my details! Recently I had trouble synching between iPand and iPhone (after the latest IOS update) and I was frantic. Not only did I receive clear, concise directions to correct my problems, I received them VERY QUICKLY! I rarely see this degree of customer service and I am so impressed! Thanks, Scott. You are awesome!

This app is my go-to for tracking all my freelance musician expenses. When it works, it’s so great! Lately, I’ve had issues with glitches. The syncing between my phone and tablet doesn’t really work. I did contact the app developer, and I did exactly what he prescribed. But in the process, I had to delete some past log entries, and now the two aren’t synced again. I’m scared to try anything lest I delete more information. Now it keeps crashing as soon as I open it on both devices. Please fix - I really love this app!

Makes tracking expenses easy

I do charitable work for three projects in two organizations. Xpense Tracker is perfect to help me categorize my mileage and expenses without a lot of fluff.

I rub my own business and have to do quarterly taxes and this saves me so much time and headaches during tax season.

Streamlines expense tracking, scanning receipts and transferring to excel with linked file. Dates on receipts do not get entered via OCR correctly in many cases, defaulting to current date. Then when modifying the date, the calendar back date button is right next to cancel, and I had to restart many times. If suggest using the same calendar tool for this as is used for new log. If this calendar issue were fixed, it would be a 5 star rating.

Easy to enter info. Still figuring out the reports.
